[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.22.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]Docteur de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris XI-Orsay sur la r\u00e9gulation du m\u00e9tabolisme photosynth\u00e9tique dans les plantes C4, Nathalie Giglioli-Guivarc\u2019h est actuellement professeur \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Tours et dirige le Laboratoire Biomol\u00e9cules et Biotechnologies v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (BBV). Elle enseigne la biologie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et les biotechnologies \u00e0 la facult\u00e9 des Sciences de Tours. Ses th\u00e9matiques de recherche portent sur la compr\u00e9hension du m\u00e9tabolisme sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 des plantes que ce soit au niveau de voies de biosynth\u00e8se comme celui des profils m\u00e9taboliques. Elle d\u00e9veloppe des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s biotechnologiques de production d\u2019extraits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux \u00e0 partir de cultures cellulaires v\u00e9g\u00e9tales pour des usages cosm\u00e9tiques et participe au d\u00e9veloppement de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9tabolique en levure pour la production de m\u00e9tabolites v\u00e9g\u00e9taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pharmacologique.
