Dr Arnaud Lanoue est ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences au Laboratoire Biomol\u00e9cules et Biotechnologies V\u00e9g\u00e9tales (BBV) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Tours. Il a obtenu son doctorat en 2002 en cotutelle entre l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Amiens et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gen\u00e8ve en travaillant sur la bioproduction d\u2019alcalo\u00efdes dans des racines transg\u00e9niques cultiv\u00e9es dans des bior\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 usage pharmaceutique. Il a men\u00e9 des recherches postdoctorales au Centre de recherche de J\u00fclich en Allemagne sur l\u2019identification de mol\u00e9cules de la signalisation v\u00e9g\u00e9tale au niveau du sol. Actuellement il enseigne la mycologie \u00e0 la facult\u00e9 des sciences pharmaceutiques de Tours et supervise la plateforme analytique du Laboratoire o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des outils m\u00e9tabolomiques coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 des statistiques multivari\u00e9es pour cribler les m\u00e9tabotypes de biomasse v\u00e9g\u00e9tale issue de ressources naturelles ou de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s biotechnologiques pour des applications en agro\u00e9cologie, sant\u00e9 humaine et cosm\u00e9tique.\u00a0<\/p>\n
