Il d\u00e9veloppe de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes bas\u00e9es sur la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse pour la valorisation et recherche de mol\u00e9cules bioactives naturelles utilisant des techniques de caract\u00e9risation de premi\u00e8re intention, des outils de m\u00e9tabolomique cibl\u00e9e\/non cibl\u00e9e par UHPLC-QTOF HRMS et des outils de criblage et identification cibl\u00e9e d\u2019inhibiteur sur des cibles dermocosm\u00e9tiques (tyrosinase, collag\u00e9nase et \u00e9lastase). Ces outils mis en place dans les cadres de ces projets collaboratifs (acad\u00e9miques et industriels de la r\u00e9gion Centre Val-de-Loire) participent \u00e0 mieux comprendre les relations structure-activit\u00e9 pour une valorisation de la biodiversit\u00e9 locale et la recherche de nouveaux actifs cosm\u00e9tiques.\u202f\u202fIl fait \u00e9galement partie du GDR 3711 CNRS Cosm&#8217;actifs.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;
