Eric Lesellier a obtenu son doctorat de biochimie industrielle et alimentaire \u00e0 ENSIA Massy (Universit\u00e9 Paris VII) et son habilitation \u00e0 diriger des recherches (HDR) en Sciences Chimiques \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris XI. Ses recherches consistent \u00e0 comprendre et d\u00e9crire les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des fluides supercritiques \u00e0 base de dioxyde de carbone, pour des m\u00e9thodes s\u00e9paratives (chromatographie) et d\u2019extraction. Ces fluides supercritiques poss\u00e8dent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s souvent favorables \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration et l\u2019extraction. Dans le cadre de l\u2019extraction de bioactifs de plantes pour produire des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 usage cosm\u00e9tique, ils permettent de faire des extractions s\u00e9lectives s\u00e9quentielles en ligne, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de produire \u00e0 partir d\u2019une m\u00eame plante des fractions contenant des compos\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents, en modulant la polarit\u00e9 du fluide et donc des mol\u00e9cules cibles.<\/p>\n
