Leslie Boudesocque Delaye obtient son PhD en 2010 sur les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de purification utilisant la Chromatographie de partage centrifuge pour des peptides naturels \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Reims. Elle rejoint l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Tours en tant que ma\u00eetre de Conf\u00e9rences en 2011 et devient professeure titulaire en 2020.\u00a0 Ses th\u00e9matiques de recherches s\u2019articulaient autour du d\u00e9veloppement innovant et des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e9co-con\u00e7us pour faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux m\u00e9tabolites d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat biologique dans la ressource v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ou microalgues. Elle travaille en particulier dans la conception de solvants eutectiques naturels pour l\u2019extraction de compos\u00e9s naturels plut\u00f4t de faible polarit\u00e9 \u00e0 usage cosm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n
